Offered a Zimbali Vacation, paid R10 000 towards deposit which in total was suppose to be R20 000 the other R10 000 was going to be paid by end of October 2013 due to fiancial well being I have cancelled this, as far as the agreement u become a full member once u have paid the deposit in full, which was going to be actived in January 2014 now when I asked for a refund of R10 000 they say I have fortfeithed that due to agreement which is not stipulated to any of the agreement and there is no valid sale yet
