Today I changed a flight with Kulula to get home a bit earlier, they charged me an additional R360 on an already exorbitant flight cost and when I get to the airport they have overbooked the flight and I cannot get on. I then call the call-centre so they can reverse the change fee and they refuse. That is a and totally unacceptable
