Called at 7;30 on Saturday 12th for a driver to collect at 11;00. Driver failed to arrive, called the call center on numerous times, battled to get through, on the few times that i did get through was put on hold by an automated response, held on for minutes with the call eventually being dropped. Continued to call the call center and did not get a response.
Eventually had to make alternate arrangements. No service was received from Road Trip.
On Monday called Road Trip and asked to speak to a manager who said that he would investigate the failure to deliver the service, promised a response on Tuesday, nothing! Unreliable.
