At membership stage I was advised that I would have to call 30 min in advance to make a booking. This not true as I was placed on hold for hours on Saturday evening - my first call was at 22.43 to make a booking for 24.00! When someone did answer my call I was told that the next pick up was 2 hours away - 2am. You can only imagine the inconvenience this caused. I intentionally decided to call early to avoid this particular scenario. If this is the normal procedure I strongly would advise all to stay clear of Road Trip. I get the feeling that I should have gone with the alternative service provider.
