I booked a bus ticket from lenasia south (starling street) to go to Durban, the bus was to depart at 20:40, I was there at 20:15 and had to wait till 22:45 for the bus to come, I tried to contact the numbers provided and it just rang, the drive to Durban was very unpleasant, on the way there was another broken down bus and the driver of the bus that I was in decided to stop and help. according to the ticket I booked I was to arrive in Durban at 5:30, which I had made arrangements to be fetched but I only reached at 09:30. Due to the pathetic service received from Eldo Coaches I will never recommend anyone to use them, due to the pathetic service received not only was I inconvenienced but the person that had to drop me off and the person that had to pick me up. I am highly disgusted and really disappointed with the service received as I have family that use Eldo Coaches on a regular basis but after this I will make sure that they are never used my any family or friend of mine...
