My family and I had been booked in the 21:10 bus from Eldorado park to Durban on the night of the 20 December 2013. It's been almost 2 hours and we were still not in the bus and not even a phone call from the Eldo coaches staff to let us know. The service is pathetic and very unprofessional. Being a patron of this bus line, I am very disappointed at this blatant disregard of its clients.
