Eldo Coaches provides the worst service I have ever seen! On Friday the 25th of October, I booked a 22h00 bus from Jhb Park Station to Durban Station. After 23h00 a bus arrived almost full, only a few passengers could be accomodated and the rest of us were advised that another bus was on its way. We waited until 1am for another bus, and NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY was received from the hostess. A MAHARAJ BUS THAT IS NOT EVEN CERTIFIED FOR LONG DISTANCE was sent. We finally left Park Station after 13h30. The bus was UNCOMFORTABLE with HARD SEATS, NO TOILET, and PACKED TO CAPACITY. We arrived in Durban after 10h00. Again, not a single apology from Eldo in Durban. Complaining was a waste of time.
Again to today my mother booked 3 tickets for kids to come visit this side. Departure was 8h00 from Durban, I called my sister at 11h00 to find out how they are. To my surprise they were still in PMB, BUS BROKE DOWN. Eldo service is PATHETIC! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone. I am now sitting here worried and having to call them everyone hour to check if they are safe. Eldo needs to be reported, they cannot treat passengers like this and I would NOT USE THEIR COACHES ANYMORE!!!
