Eldo coaches services were required for a school day trip. Bookings for 3 buses were made in July 2013 already and continued throughout the month of August, payment was also made in full. On the 5 of September 2013 their buses were not available as the sales clerk, Naeem, booked the buses for another date despite telephonic conversations as well as faxes and emails for the buses being booked for 5'September 2013. They did not even attempt to do any damage control on their side and hence left 150 nine year olds stranded at school while the rest of the other learners of the other grades went out for the day using the services of various other bus companies. These 150 learners were very dissappointed to say the least. Eldo Coaches seem to be running a Mickey Mouse so called business with little or no professionalism at all.
