Sunday 29 Sep 2013 we were on our way back from Zeerust to Pretoria. Poorly planned roadworks at the Swartruggens toll gate caused only one gate to be open both ways. We had to wait 45 min to get through this mess, while still having to pay R75! Meanwhile other cars were passing the law-abiding citizens in the yellow-lane and entering the queue in front, increasing our waiting time. At the same time when we got to the front their system was off, and that increased the delay!!
I blame poor planning, and bad management of Bakwena for this mess. I'm happy that the road is upgraded, but don't expect us to pay R75 for this nonsense.
