Poor Service & Bad Attitude to top it off!

On the 24/03/2013 my mum was travelling from Durban to JHB on Eldo's Coaches. Her estimated time of arrival was 16h15. At about 12h30 she called advising that the bus had stopped whilst coming up Van Reenen's Pass. The bus driver had alighted from the bus, and she had no idea what was going on. I called the h/o number on website, there was an automatated reply with alternate numbers to call. I called the alternate numbers to no avail. I called the number for their Lenasia branch. I spoke to Refilwe, who advised that she knew nothing and that she was going to call the driver... anyway to cut a long story short, I received no information from Eldo's regarding what was going on, and further no call indicating that the bus would be delayed. When I tried calling Eldo's today, I was advised to call the Director, Mohsin. I had the unfortunate experience of speaking to one KUMARI instead, who was extremely rude and arrogant. Instead of listeneing to me, she demanded that I listen to her. Without listening to what I had to say, she slammed the phone down on me. Eldo's was at fault, 1.the coach getting stuck and 2. not notifying me of the delay, but the cherry on top was KUMARI's attitude!
