I booked a flight on line from Cape Town to Johannesburg in the early hours of the morning. After submitting all my credit card details your website started hanging. It kept on prompting me to accept the terms and conditions. I accepted more than once and it immediately showed acceptance for insurance and checking in a bicycle. I always use this website and dont even own a bicycle so there is no way i would want to check it in. It means then that I was charged three hundred more. I am so
