Mango Airlines phoned me on the 14th of Jan to inform me that my flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town on the 31st of Jan will be moved from 18h30 to 19h40. I was at clients at the time that they phoned, so I couldn't make a big scene at that point in time, but this means that I'll be sitting on the airport for 70 minutes longer. If I wanted to be on a later flight, I would have booked it. I booked and paid for the flight that I wanted, I will pitch up and check in for it.
This would cost me valuable time away from the family and my wife would have to pick me up an hour later on her own on her own in the middle of the night. Luckily I wont be on that flight...
