South African Airways - Poor Service

I recently flew South African Airways to attend a Business Meeting in Europe:

29. August 2013 - SA260
After standing outside a locked Toilet for more than 10 minutes, I decided to knock on the door, following which one of the flight attendants smiled and unlocked the door... Why do flight attendants lock Toilet doors?

12. September 2013 - SA235
The same happened on this flight, flight attendants lock (reserve) one of the Toilets for themselves and only open on request...

The entertainment system did not work and kept rebooting itself which was very annoying...

I was interested in a Duty Free purchase but no one was interested to assist me...

I have been flying SAA for the more than 10 years with an average 20 flights per year both local and international...
