On the 24th of August - I had to book urgent flight tickets to Durban to attend a friends funeral. In my haste and distress i selected 25/09/2013 instead of 25/08/2013 and purchased the tickets using my credit card. Within 10 minutes - i realised what i had done and i called the Call Centre - 086185852 and spoke to a supervisor on duty. According to the supervisor - there was no way of getting a refund and if i wanted to change the flight details i would need to call again at a later stage. My booking reference is CTCOBD. Please advise what can be done to get a refund.
