My Mum booked a return ticket from Durban to Lanseria for Friday 6 Sept but incorrectly booked a 8am flight instead of a 8pm flight. We realised too late, and acknowledge that, that was our fault. My Mum then called the callcentre to check if she could buy a new ticket for him to fly from DUR to HLA. She was then told by Emma, to her horror, that not only did she loose the flight on 6 Sept, she also lost the return flight on 8 Sept because it was linked! How unfair is that? I think this is criminal! We have subsequently bought a new ticket, but I would like my money back for the return flight, because that I think this is a complete rip-off!
