Tickets Cape Town to Paris bought not processed

Two return tickets were bought Cape Town to Paris (booking ref 2EHIVS). I asked numerous times to pay, although the Cape Town JHB leg of the flight was still waitlisted for a later flight. On 21 Jan I gave credit card details to buy the extra miles needed for 2 tickets, as well as to issue the ticket. We agreed that if we got a later flight CPT JHB on 07 March, we had to pay R185 pp to change the ticket. On 18 Jan I phoned as I saw no transaction on my credit card, i again gave credit card details for the ticket to be bought. The operator told me that it could take up to 5 days as the flight was with a code share partner Lufthanza and not with SAA. (I have heard since that Lufthanza cancelled the ticket on 21 Jan). On 24 Jan I got an email to confirm two tickets for me and my husband - only from Cape Town to JHB. Voyager miles for this distance had also been subtracted. Since 24 Jan I've been on hold and talking to operators for about 2 1/2 hours. I have since written down every operator that I spoke with, as well as the last supervisor Absolom, who told me that he would make my problem his problem, but when i phoned this morning he'd at first forgotten all about me.
