Lack of feedback on missing frequent flyer miles

I have been trying to get missing SAA Voyager miles credited to my Voyager account for more than five and a half months.

Advice from the SAA call centre is to submit details of the missing miles to [Email Removed] I have done so on numerous occasions, without any feedback.
