We have been trying to cancel our contract with QVC for the past 8 years and to no avail. We were unable to pay the management fees and eventually this year made a plan to pay up the entire bond due to the Debt Collector giving us so much stress. Now we've paid up the bond and here comes the debt collector for the management fees. Each time she insists we must take out a new contract and they will write off the management fees. I mean I can't even use the points anyway and this is supposed to be a binding contract for a lifetime! How is that possible?? Then I can't sell the points either because no-one wants to buy the and my management fees will accrue for the rest of my life and I will now be blacklisted forever!!! How is this fair? Its worse than buying a house - at least if you couldn't afford it the bank would be able to repossess it and you listed for 5 years.. but QVC takes holidays to a whole new level... This is one big rip off scheme and I am ever sorry that I took these points. If I have to go to the Newspapers and wherever else to let people know about QVC, I will have to do that because then they will get their lifetime of pain right back.
