I bought a weekday spa package for 2 for Yemaya Spa, and called them the next day to book.
Instead of booking me in for the 16 August, they booked me for the July.
When I called back to rectify their booking error, I was told that according to Cityslicker, weekdays run from monday- thursday, and I could therefore not book my spa package for the morning of fri 16 August.
Since when is Friday morning NOT a week day? I looked it up in the dictionary which clearly lists Monday- Friday as week days.
I understand if this was for an overnight package that ended on a Saturday morning, but for 10am on a Friday morning?
No where on the initial write up did it mention that this weekday special was actually only for 4 of the 5 week days, but I see now that I have my voucher, that it has been added into the copy.
I find this to be utterly misleading and truly cannot see why booking my WEEKDAY treatments on a WEEKDAY is such an issue?!
