I was booked on the SA 534 on the18/08/2013 from DBN to JHB and then from JHB to Lusaka on flight SA 62, i had arrived in O R Tambo and proceeded to the boarding gate at A20, I sat there for almost an hour, I was third inline to board my flight, when the lady at the desk asked the question to the gentleman whether he has his Yellow Fever certificate, he told her that he has taken his shots and has left his certification in Cape town, he was told to board the aircraft when she got to me she had asked the same question and I had said to her that I have had my shots five years ago and had left my cert in Durban. I was informed to go and book another ticket, I had said to her y did she not inform us all this time so as I can make the necessary arrangements at the clinic at the airport, I was sent to various people in the airport to find out where the clinic is situated. I managed to get to the clinic in the domestic arrivals, paid R550.00 for the vaccination and got my certification, when I got outside I was approached by some guys outside the building who offered me the same cert for R200.00 with out the injection. I was appalled. I had to pay R1890.00 for a new ticket on SA64
