NO assistance - late night - no attempt to help bo

I booked a return flight from Jhb-Dbn today and made an unfortunate error in that I booked 2 morning flights - a 7:05 -8:15 flight from JHB to DBN and a 9:45 return flight from DBN to JHB. I was given my return ticket when I boarded in Jhb and no one noticed the discrepancy until I tried to board a mango flight at 9:15 this evening.. When I got to the airport I was toLd I couldn't board because it was a morning flight and was refused to board the last flight that went out as the system was closed despite the fact that people were still boarding the flight and there was space. It was too late to secure a morning flight either. I am a single female - the last in the booking area and n one asked whether I was okay or whether I would need some help as it was past 9 and the airport was practically deserted. I am stuck in Natal and have a baby I need to get home to. It was late and no one e ven tried to assist which they still could have done at 9:15 as the last flight was still boarding.
