I have been a loyal Kulula supporter for years and for the first time today I am immensely disappointed.
I wanted to a change a flight booking today, and I saw the change fee is R342. It should be, and has been R148.
I phoned your call centre and spoke to a very rude employee who stated that it is a new system and I must just deal with it.
Your website CLEARLY states "Please note that any booking changes are subject to a change fee. The fee for changing a kulula booking is R148 (incl. VAT) per person per flight. British Airways change fees vary between R171 on restricted fares or R342 on semi-flexible fares". I don't care if things have changed, or what my individual booking says- if I do not get charged R148 for my change, that is pure false advertising on Kulula's part.
I expect a full refund if I am not charged R148 for a change as this is a breach of the Consumer Protection Act.
