GOODS AND BAD SERVICE

Had my luggage broken into on the 9th of January 2013 at JHB airport. Have been trying to sort this matter out since the 9th of January. No body knows what they are doing and they never return calls or emails. So much money wasted on phone calls and still no result to sorting out the problem.
