In December 2012 we went to Game Stores where Ucan sell their Product and the sales lady explained to us that delivery will take place before Christmas and the fitter will be paid by us, however we must do so when the job is done. I suspected something was when delivery did not take place in December, when we pursue the matter we were told the lady is off all sort of storieseventually some guy indicated that she is no longer with Ucan however delivery will take place in January 2013.We waited for the delivery at last in January they delivered but there were lot of questions to be answered e.g.there was no delivery note and my sister in law accepted the goods under the impression that as per arrangements all will be sorted. I was surprised when I was told by Wesly Riddle that they no longer arranging the fitter you the customer have to do it yourself it was a surprise to me, when I asked him when this policy kick in he said January 2013 however I bought the goods in December 2012 and they delayed the delivery its not my fault. Ucan can not keep their promise as after that they forwarded a fitters number on the name Shahied but he dont answer his phone and does not return the calls todate.
