Once again I am having to resort to actually write a report about furniture city bad service and just plain ignorant attitude towards their clientele, I have now been waiting for just about 5 months now to receive the last of my goods from furniture city, i went into furniture city on December the 10th 2012 to purchase a package deal furniture i signed my contract and i have had nothing but problems since then, first i was informed that i will only be receiving some of my goods and not all of my goods but i will receive all of it by no later then the end of January 2013 well its now heading to the end of April 2013 and still i am waiting for my latte coffee table to be delivered and my dining room suite that was delivered to me broken to be collected and replaced, i have had about 3 phone calls from their customer service department promising that they are going to do something about it but that"s as far as it goes then i get a phone call again from another agent about a month later to keep telling me the same thing i am sick of it now and want the head of the branch to sort this matter out or i will be seeking legal advice and taking this matter to court if need be.!
