I first started studying with Unisa in July 2011 and have been registering online for 3 subjects per semester.
In January 2013 I went online to register for semester one of 2013 and kept encountering an error message that would not allow me to continue. Calls to the Durban branch were in vain as they do not answer their phones and the hundreds of emails sent still remain unanswered. I have wasted a whole semester and am still not having any luck registering for semester two. I cannot find out what the problem is (despite even more emails in the last 6 months) and what needs to be done to sort it out. I have paid for two modules in January already and my account is in credit, yet NOBODY is coming back to me.
Is anyone else out there having similar problems with Unisa?
