Had the worst experiance at OR tambo, the staff miss handled our luggage so badly that the WRAPPED bottle of wine broke in my bah even after we stuck a "fragile"sticker on it and the red wine stained all my clothes including ruining my bag!! the staff at OR refused to let us take it on the plane as hand luggage!!!
our cable ties we closed our bags with were also cut this is SHOCKING!! specially knowing how many international people use this airport its embarrassing!!!
