Made a flight booking online. Flight scheduled to depart OR Tambo @ 18:10. SmS sent twice to notify us of the flight delay due to engine breakdown. Seing that I'm going on a business trip, I asked to be moved an earlier flight, obviously willing topay in the price difference between the 2 tickets. I was informed, I need to pay the administartion fee of R342 and the price difference. Why must the customer pay R342 when I did not break down the engine but was grossly inconvenienced by the airline. I cant even cancel the ticket cause then I forfeit my money, I cant go to Durban cause then when I get there the meeting will be over. Was told the delay is not 3hrs SORRY... DEAL WITH IT. This is the second time this happens to me, Kulula can just kiss my business good bye. I'm done with them
