We where on the bus two times this week, on the 12th-01 going to joburg which was fine but the return was from. It was on the 13th-01 from joburg airport to port shepstone. I'm nt complaining about the driver because he was good I'm complaining about the bus and the company. Firstly the bus was 1hour late and then we stop at a feul station in joburg and was told the bus was not able to take us to port shepstone cas there where problems with it so we at night with a baby was standing in the dark and cold outside waiting for another bus after about an hour another bus came. That bus was just as bad it smell of urine and the seat and seat handles where broken. Better yet I could believe that it had pests inside it. Yes insects. The whole trip ended so bad after I ended in that bus. We left joburg airport at about. 21:15 and arrived at port shepstone at 7;30. The seat wouldn't go back and there was no way to sleep with insects all over and I could even stomach a coke with the urine smell. This company is a disgrace. They should be closed down. Those tickets was not cheap and for the ride in hells bus. Now I no why there are so many accidents because of companies like intercity bus
