On the Intercity Express bus on route to Johannesburg, 21/021/2014. Ref # ELIX1441785
Due to the long trip, aprox 7 hours, one would think that you would have the freedom to move your seat
back and forth so that you are comfortable. This bus however has broken seats and the recliner does not work.
Spoke to the attendant and in a vbery rude manner was told "well there are no other seats so we cannot help you"
How does a company even cater for a certain number of passengers if not all their seats are in proper working order and safe as well??
Whoever does attend to this compliant from Intercity, rest assured that this will be taken further until the word is spread on your pathetic
service and buses.
