I am adding my voice to the many who are complaining of the same style of treatment by QVC.
Why is the action of asking for the termination of a contract such a arduous task? Surely such a request should be par for the course given the criteria set out in the Consumer Protection Act?
After numerous back-and-forth communiques with QVC, I am no further down the path to when the whole exercise started 3/2 years ago. And now they have unleashed the services of debt collectors (Zenith) which is very sad: has meant going to a lawyer which means more expenses.
Is there not a body that will help solve these types of consumer abuses?
