We emailed QVC on 13th June to cancel our membership. After a very vague response of not being allowed to cancel but no reason why, we responded back to them asking WHY we cannot cancel the contract and to date have not heard a response. Surely the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT is on our side and we will go to that length if need be. How come nobody is yet responding to our query? When you want the money and business you take it, yet you cannot have common courtesy to respond to an email and give a proper reason? What utterly disgusting customer service
