MTN is not able or unwilling to provide the most basic services as stipulated in the contract e.g. a basic phone service, Under the consumer protection law protecting me against contracts that does not provide me with service I pay for, provide me with the necessary processes to cancel all current contract that is still in tack without penalizing for early termination of contract. As MTN after numerous complains listed in this forum still refuse to provide the most basic service I am entitled under the consumer protection law the right to cancel my current contracts on the basis that MTN do not provide the most basic service as stipulated in the contract. Do not provide me with the standard response that under some obscure clause in the contract MTN is under no entitlement to actually provide service! Thanks
