I was pulled off the street while one holiday in Durban on 14/06/2013 to listen to a talk about the holiday club.
By the end of the talk, I signed up for a small package of 8 points and paid a deposit of R3478.00.
I would like to exercise my right under the CPA to cancel the agreement as I am still within the 5 business day cooling off period with all funds paid returned to me.
I have sent an email to your [Email Removed] email address but have not heard any feedback regarding this.
Please action as I want this canceled ASAP.
