In terms of the above mentioned definitions... Golden Arrow being a public services which people are paying for, should be treated with utmost sensitivity to their traveling needs! Its is highly unexceptable that people have to wait for almost an hour for a Golden Arrow bus to arrive at its designated picking up point. Golden Arrow has duties to fulfil, society is not doing them a favour. the customers pay and needs to be treated in a professional manner!
The customers attempted logging a call with Golden Arrow... for a few obvious reasons, its late, its cold, n once again I can not over emphasis anymore then I have already done... that theses are paying customers!! Who needs to be treated with reliable service and it is imperative that its gets carried out! Golden Arrow needs to take full cognisance of whose important to them! #Paying.customers
