I checked in my luggage with 16kg @ OR Tambo when I received my damaged pilfered bag it was weighed in @ 4kg @ King Shaka Airport with 2 Comair Reps as witnesses, I should have been re-reimbursed for 12kg, I got a check for R1100 which equates to 5kg, I have incurred losses to the value of almost R10-000, If there has been a mistake on your part please reimburse my outstanding 7kg if not I have no other option to sue Comair, I have waited patiently for my correct funds to be reimbursed instead I have only received half, I have already endured stress because of my loss which has contributed to more complications with my heart disease, I only want I am entitled to, I make no idle threats but if I don't get the remainder of my pay-out I will take it to the highest levels @ Comair/Kulula including the following-Consumer Bureau Of South Africa, Hello Peter, Face book & the rest of the Social Networks, I am tired of being a victim of crime in this beautiful country we live in furthermore by being cheated by a multi -million rand company like Comair/Kulula who fails to reimburse the correct payment is just frustrating.
