I electronicaly booked a flight to P.E and paid R1733 electronically, when I got to the Airport Lelethu told me my ticket was not paid and referred me to British Air to book a new ticket, unfortunately I had no more money in my credit card. I was told to go to Bank at 06;00 I arrived at the Airport at 05:15 my flight was scheduled to leave at 06;30. I went to Nedbank at 06:00 they told me the money was paid to Comair, when I went back Maria Roupa with a polite arrogant attitude told me she is a supervisor and she can only phone the call centre at 07:00 meanwhile the bank told me to ask her to call at that time (06:15) This to me is a bad recoerd a loss of huge income and a client that I was going to service in P.E. I am still sitting at the Airport not sure when we I get to work. meandwhile Comair will enjoy my money I am inensively inconvenienced. None of the Comair staff shower any remose but just said mam we have no idea what to do for you said Lelethu.
