Flight mn 0503 Lanseria to King Shaka, what a disaster when we collected our luggage, One bag, locks broken off, bag half open, and handle broken off, second bag, retractable handle head broken off, when we collected our luggage it was raining lightly, and all the bags on the conveyor were sopping wet, there was one bag completely open and its contents were spilling out, one must assume that this type of damage will occur from time to time. On reporting our damage to the lost baggage counter, we were give a reference number, and told to hand our bags in at the same or different airport of our choice, we decided to hand it in back at Lanseria where the journey began, so we traveled from Vanderbijlpark to Lanseria (96km each way to hand the bags in, wonderful, they would be repaired or replaced within 7 days, guess what 10 days later they have not even been sent for repair, WELL DONE KULULA, DAY 10 BAGS STILL NOT SENT FOR REPAIR
