I had a flight from Cape Town to Lanseria, And i had a hand luggage bag within the size and weight limit, i had an instrument (Small Guitar) that fitted inside the hand luggage bag. But at check in they forced me to pay R350.00 to have it taken in as "special" luggage to be taken from me before boarding and to be stored so it would not be damaged. But upon boarding time a flight attendant told me that i have to put it in the overhead storage compartment, where my guitar ended up being damaged because of other peoples luggage.
I have pictures, receipts and the tear of card that they were supposed to tear the side off when i told them to take my bag for special storage. I am VERY VERY UNHAPPY with KULULA at this point.
