Received a written quotation from Tommy at Flight Specialists, my sister went into their store to purchase quoted tickets less than 24 hours after obtaining quotation. When got there Tommy said he had made a mistake with the quotation and that ticket was in actual fact R9000 more than quoted! When we asked to purchase ticket at price quoted, Tommy said he could not issue it. Both he &his wife were quite rude & sarcastic about the whole affair. Very disappointed that a company could handle their business so unprofessionally. As they are the franchise holders, I emailed the GM of Flight Specialists & am still waiting for him to get back to me with some sort of response. How can a company issue a client with a valid written quotation and then not honour it? Bizarre!! The whole process has been so stressful for my poor dear mother, my sister, as well as for us sitting in New Zealand trying to sort the matter out. I would like to warn other travellers and customers out there to be very weary of Tommy & Sandra Riekert of the Brits Flight Specialist Store!!!
