On Saturday, 13 July 2013, [URL Removed] charged me R250.00 for being 3kg overweight on my luggage. This is now R83.33 for every kilo being overweight! I want to know how do kulula get to this prices? I posted my compliant on facebook to the CEO, Erik Venter, but still, now answer regarding this matter. Then I don't even want to mention the rude staff at the kulula ticket office at the Cape Town International Airport. They were no assistance to me when I asked how do kulula get to the pricing on charging people such a ridiculous price for being overweight. They just ignored me and carry on talking to one another about their previous night parties. Can someone How can kulula cahrge me for being overweight by 3kg the same amount as what they will cahrge a person buying extra luggage for 32kg? PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ON HOW DO THEY STRUCTURE THE PRICING ON OVERWEIGHT CHARGES! Or must a person go right to the top to get an answer?
