No-one from Kulula contacted me yet. I eventually phoned the baggage handling dept myself at Cpt Int Airport just to be told by Sulamain Kulula does not accept any liability for damaged bags especially those with pull out handles. All bags have pull out handles these days. I am totally disgusted and disappointed SO KULULA CAN DAMAGE BAGS AS THEY WISH AND GET AWAY WITH IT!
