I have booked my family of 5 to Milan Malpensa via London on British Airways for a trip in December!
We went online to try and pre-seat ourselves and the message come up "You can get a wider choice by paying to choose your seats now" Cost of R432.00 R154 R154 R432 per person " - if I don't pay now to preseat, booking of seats opens 24 hours before the flight! This is disgusting, this is an international high cost carrier and they trying to make me pay for something I have paid for already! Guaranteed me and my family will be scattered all over the aircraft, how can you treat paying customers like this!!! I am also a tour operator and we book tickets for our clients, and this is the first time I have ever heard of a charge like this! I will be taking this further!
