I cancelled my membership on 27/05/2013 and was told that as long as the cancellation was sent before the 31st no debit order will go thru'. Unfortunately for me on the 3/06/2013 the debit order for flexi went off. Now the only option for me is to stop the debit order, because i do not know if it will go off or not next month. I have paid 2638.84 which was due by me as per Lorna who I spoke to on the 27/05/2013. After that I have sent two emails (5/6 and 7/6) requesting some update with my problem and I only receive 'We are currently looking into the issue and will follow up shortly ' Till now nothing. Please could you escalate and help as I am totally disgusted with flexi at the moment
