This is the third time I have highlighted the poor customer service and inefficiency experienced by Kulula. Everytime [URL Removed] comes back and says they have 'escalated' my complaint, but nothing happens. I do not know why they bother to respond on HelloPter as they obviously do not take this seriously.
I was charged three times for a ticket due to a fault on their booking site. Much back and forth phone calls and emails and the issue has still not been resolved. After the last 'escalation' (2 weeks ago) they confirmed that they would refund the last double payment. Still no refund. When I chased this up, I was advised that there was refund queue, and I would have to wait. It still hasn't come through. I just don't have confidence in whether I will be refunded. A month has gone by since I initially contacted their call centre when I picked up the problem. By now I should have been refunded, never mind been put into a refund queue.
I simply do not know what to do now!
