DISGUSTING service from British Airways

In 2011 I had bought and paid for a Business Class ticket on British Airways at OR Tambo I was unceremoniously told that I had been downgraded to economy. Without apology and even though I had a fully paid business ticket I had no option but to accept the economy seat as I had work commitments in London. This insult of simply saying "take it or leave it" is what is totally unacceptable. Giving BA a second chance I again faced a similar service at the check in desk at OR Tambo on Sunday evening. I (along with at least 10 other passengers) were told the flight was over booked and we were to spend the night in an airport hotel. NO explanation. NO apology and NO sympathy what so ever. I had one member of staff refuse to help me rebook my flight for the following night. A young girl who was travelling alone was told that there was no WIFI or telephone included in the room - this poor girl had no way of contacting her parents in London to let them know she would not be home. I am completely disgusted by the service and pathetic customer service i received at the airport. It is absolutely insane that BA gets away with selling 2 seats to one person. I am totally disgusted with BA!!!
