Sure, flights get delayed, but twice in one day??
I booked in online, got to the airport and the "drop off bag" line was so long. And guess what..? Only one staff member was attending to everyone. The book-in was going to close in 10 minutes and there were still a lot of passengers to be helped. So eventually it took me almost an half an hour to drop off my bag and luckily I got on the flight.
I just think this is really bad service as I paid a lot of money for my ticket. I rather could have flown with SAA and I am sure I would have been there on time in the first place.
This is a big deal as I went to Durban to visit my dad who had an operation. I only had the weekend to spend time with him so to have less time as the flight have been delayed, was a real disappointment and upsetting!
I am really disappointed Kulula!!!
