I have flown Kulula more times than I can possibly count. Every single flight I have taken from December to yesterday (12 May 2013) has been delayed. This is in the region of 8 flights. EVERY SINGLE ONE IS DELAYED! How is this even possible? Get you act together! The flight I took yesterday from Durban to OR Tambo will undoubtedly be the very last time I flew with Kulula. I would rather pay a premium with a different airline to get to my destination on time. Besides, Kulula is no longer a low cost carrier anyway, so the premium for an SAA/BA flight is negligible. I hope you fix the pathetic service you currently offer.
