ALWAYS DELAYED WITHOUT INFORMING YOUR CUSTOMERS

Kulula is ridiculous. For the past year i've been in a long distance relationship with a girl in Durban. Because of that fact flying and driving down there is a common occurrence. Yet every time i fly, or if she does, kulula is late. Not one single time in the past year that I've been using their services have they been on time.

I see my girlfriend once a month so every second is something i cherish. Last night was another prime example. We arrived at lanseria for the flight to durban and checked departures which stated the flight was on time. We even asked the man who booked my girlfriend in for the flight. So then when it was time we said our emotional goodbyes and she went through at the last possible second that was allowed. Still no sign of the flight being delayed. Only once she had passed security and went to the boarding gate did they say the flight was delayed for 25 minutes. How the can you not inform us of that well in advance. its pretty easy to know if the flight is going to be delayed, especially if the thing hasn't even arrived at the airport when the boarding time comes.

Why cant you get it right? No other profession would exist if they were as useless
