Why is Kulula delayed more often than other airlines? We've been stuck in the airport for hours now. No reason as other flights to our destination are coming and going as normal. Kulula is the only airline that is stuck. I bet if they had to refund passengers that were delayed, they would improve their on time rate! I hate receiving their little update sms's - I've received 3 this morning as the flight has been delayed 3 times. Each time no excuse... its just delayed, ugh!
